NJ Catholic women's college in the liberal arts tradition seeks full time Director of Campus Ministry. The Campus Minister will address the spiritual, religious and ministerial needs of the college students, including supporting the sacramental life of the college community. The Campus Minister will develop and execute programs and initiatives including Roman Catholic, ecumenical and interfaith liturgies, social justice education and action, spiritual reflection and community service. The successful candidate must have experience in program development, retreats, RCIA and training and leadership development. Additional experience with alternative spring break and outreach service projects preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate spiritual maturity and an ability to respond creatively, collaboratively and with flexibility to the evolving needs of the student population.

A master's degree in Theology or Pastoral Ministry and equivalent experience required. Applicant should have a commitment to the Roman Catholic faith tradition, community and practice and possess experience in campus ministry and pastoral experience that compliments the mission of campus ministry at a religiously, culturally, and ethnically diverse college. The successful candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, and must be committed to the mission & values of a Catholic college in the liberal arts tradition. The Campus Minister reports to the Director of the DePaul Center for Mission and Ministry.
