Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life
The Initiative on Catholic Social Thought and Public Life at Georgetown University is seeking a Program director. The Program Director will assist the Initiative Director with program development, financial management, events, publications, fundraising,communications, and other administrative tasks. Through educational and outreach activities, the Initiative will: promote knowledge and dialogue about Catholic Social Thought as it relates to pressing economic, social, and political issues in the United States and the world; prepare students, community leaders, and public officials for constructive engagement in public life and advance a principled vision of Catholic lay leadership in politics and society; and engage religious leaders and public officials outside the Catholic tradition in efforts to promote civil dialogue and collaboration for the common good. This is a one-year, renewable, term appointment.
Master's degree preferred; 2-4 years of management experience in a related area; and well developed interpersonal and collaborative skills
