Commonweal is seeking an editorial assistant to join its 11-person staff located on the Upper West Side in New York beginning in August 2014. Prior experience in a journalism or media environment, as well as experience with digital publishing tools and techniques, would be a significant plus. The position is full-time, although the Commonweal office operates on a four-day work week (Monday through Thursday).
