APPLICATION CHECKLIST AND DOWNLOAD CENTER

To apply for admission to a graduate program (master's, PhD, or certificate), please complete the steps indicated in the checklist below. Your application will not be considered complete until you have submitted all of the required documents for your selected program.

Official Transcript from all post secondary institutions attended (including BC)
Goal Statement(s)
Three (3) letters of reference (find out more about appropriate references for your program)
A copy of your current RN license to practice nursing in Massachusetts and/or state for clinical practica  
Official GRE scores (scores must be current within 5 years of application deadline)
   
Evidence of a three (3) credit statistics course or plans to complete one before enrollment
   
Evidence of ACLS and PALS certification        
Evidence of at least one year of critical care experience as an RN        

Additional Requirements for International Students

Official transcript(s) evaluation (by the Commission on Graduate Foreign Nursing Schools) from all post-secondary institutions at which you have studie **
