Dr. Joyce A. Pulcini, a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, is  past president of NONPF, a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, a Senior Associate Editor Policy, Politics and Nursing Practice and Chair of the Education/Practice Subgroup of the International NP/APN Network of the ICN.  Dr. Pulcini has played a major role ntionally and internationally as a leader for advanced  practice nursing and for children's health. She co-leads a service trip for SON students to Nicaragua each year.
