Registration and Refund Deadline
You may register for the NP Conference online, by fax, or by mail. After receiving your registration form and payment, we will send you confirmation by email or letter. All registrations must be postmarked or submitted by fax on or before April 10, 2009.
Confirmations
You will receive written confirmation of your paid registration. It will include a list of sessions in which you are enrolled. Please read your confirmation letter carefully. You are enrolled in those sessions listed in your confirmation letter.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund (less $50 administrative costs) will be provided if your request is received in writing three weeks prior to the start of the conference. No refunds can be made thereafter. No shows will receive neither a refund nor transfer credit.
Conference handouts are available to be downloaded from http://cms.bc.edu and the guest username and pasword is np2009
