This course examines the assessment, diagnosis, and outcomes of people whose lives bring them into the criminal or civil judicial setting. Content will cover such topics as: forensic interviewing and evaluation, case formulation, DSM diagnosis, treatment modalities, criminal investigations and charges, state of mind duty to warn, memory and recall, malingering, and secondary gain.
