This course provides a comprehensive examination of the behavior, emotional responses and cognitive decision making of both victims and perpetrators of a crime. Students examine the ethical and legal responsibilities for health care providers and health care agencies from both a legal and ethical perspective with special emphasis on sociocultural context of victimization and perpetration.
