This course will provide a broad overview of the legal process and the roles of the lawyer, forensic nurse and forensic specialist and the rules of conduct that guide them. This course focuses on the nurse’s role in the process of trial preparation and trial, emphasizing the role of witnesses in preparation of fact witnesses in the presentation of fact evidence and expert testimony. This class will be held at the Boston College Law School.
