Gregory honored for her research
Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses (MARN) has chosen Assistant Professor Kate Gregory as its 2012 recipient of the Excellence in Nursing Research Award.
This award is given to the registered nurse who MARN feels demonstrates excellence in nursing research. Gregory’s research areas of interest include: disease prediction strategies; microbiome aspects of disease; preterm infant nutrition and enteral feeding regimens; preterm infant growth and development; necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm infants; patterns of maternal-infant interaction. Recently, she has done extensive research on preterm infants.
