Wednesday November 4, 2009  |  4:00 - 6:00 pm
Higgins 300, Boston College

There is an old adage that says "dead men tell no tales," but forensic anthropologist Ann Marie Mires, PhD would beg to differ. Dr. Mires has made a career out of examining human remains and interpreting the information they hold about how a person lived and died. Over the course of her career Mires has worked extensively to identify the remains of homicide victims, including Molly Bish and many of the victims of James "Whitey" Bulger. Please join us as Dr. Mires shares how she interprets these tales and what they mean to forensic practice.
