synopsis

Establishing healthy communities around the world has many challenges.  Strategies that include promotion of health and prevention of disease must be crafted, while concurrently developing models for health care delivery that encompass emerging social policy. Three scholars pose their perspectives on nursing and global health including their experience in various global health initiatives.
