synopsis

Healthcare disparities impact the lives of society’s members in many ways including socially, spiritually, environmentally and personally.  As nursing leaders, it is important that we work towards eliminating healthcare disparities.  The presenters of this program will offer some insights on how their programs are working towards eliminating disparities within their specific populations.
