Joseph Sotelo: Winner of Gilbert, Arizona, Parks and Recreation  “Volunteer of the Year Award” and “Volunteer Organization of the Year” for Saint Anne Catholic Church.  Both honors were given in recognition for “continual service to the community of Gilbert, Arizona.” Joseph was recently cited in The Arizona Republic and East Valley Tribune papers for his work.
