This professional development experience is specifically for beginning K-12 teachers. As a participant, you will gain:

• Practical knowledge and tools for use throughout the academic year,
• Teaching strategies and management techniques for specific levels and grades,
• Enthusiasm for the beginning of school,
• Time to connect with colleagues and experienced classroom teachers,
• Training to meet the 2010 Massachusetts Anti-Bullying Law, and
• A certificate of participation documenting 15-hours of professional development by an accredited teacher preparation institution

Your registration fee includes the two-hour workshop on Tuesday, lunch on Wednesday & Thursday as well as an electronic resource packet with supplemental resources, handouts, and articles.
