Procedural Checks		Deadlines to register to graduate are as follows: • May graduation—last day of drop-add period in January • December graduation—December 1 • August graduation—August 1		Check with Registrar to ensure that no grades of incomplete remain on transcript, that all program requirements are complete, all fees are paid, and the student is on the graduation clearance list; Register to graduate online
Exit Interview		To be completed after a successful final defense; spring graduate should complete exit interview by May 1		Complete written version of Exit Interview (pdf) or schedule a personal interview with the Dissertation Liaison
