Meet the Staff
carlton green
Carlton Green is a Diversity Fellow and a third-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Boston College. He is a member of the APA, (Division 17, Counseling Psychology). Carlton earned a BA from Southern Methodist University in both History and Ethnic Studies, and an MA from Boston College in Counseling Psychology and Pastoral Ministry. As a member of ISPRC since summer 2006, Carlton has assisted with the Diversity Challenge Conference and the Summer Program. He is currently involved with writing scholarly articles on reliability reporting practices in psychology and race in clinical supervision. His research interests include the exploration of racial and cultural factors across the academic and student support domains in higher education, as well as race and racial identity in clinical training and service delivery. In addition to coursework, Carlton is currently doing his practicum at a community mental health center, where he will continue as an advanced intern in 2008-2009.
Outside of campus life, Carlton is a member of a local congregation where he participates with the praise and worship ministry.
