Terry Sass is a minority fellow and fifth-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Boston College. She is a member of the APA, (Division 17, Counseling Psychology), and the Massachusetts Psychological Association. Terry earned a BA from Yale, and an MPH from Boston University, where she was a Dean's Scholar. She has worked with adolescents and adults in the Boston area as a teacher, administrator, counselor and health educator. As a member of ISPRC since fall, 2004, Terry has assisted with the Diversity Challenge Conference, the Summer Program, and has contributed to journal publications and conference presentations. Her practice and research interests include community mental health, public health, and understanding and addressing the effects of racism, discrimination and social inequalities on health. Terry is currently a clinical associate on the Family Team at Brookline Community Mental Health Center, and is working in 2008-2009 as a high school-based psychological testing intern.
Terry enjoys family time with her husband, daughter, and two sons.
