Need-Based Aid

lynch school of education

As part of continuing efforts in the Lynch School to address the needs of academically talented, economically disadvantaged students who wish to pursue graduate study in the Lynch School, we are pleased to announce a new need-based financial aid program.

If you are applying to one of the Lynch School's master's programs and are a United States citizen or permanent resident, you may be eligible to receive increased gift aid if you demonstrate significant ongoing need as you embark upon graduate training. You will be evaluated based on your responses on the NeedAccess application, Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and Boston College Graduate Student Financial Aid Form. You must submit all three forms to be considered for this aid. Need-Based Aid through this program is limited and is not guaranteed to every admitted individual.

If you wish to apply, you should complete the NeedAccess application no later than February 1. The FAFSA and Boston College Graduate Student Financial Aid applications should be submitted as soon as possible.
