There are currently over fifty community agencies and partners active in Boston Connects elementary schools. School-community agency partnerships are a critical component of the student support process because they expand the number and type of services available to address student needs. Boston Connects helps facilitate these partnerships by linking schools and agencies, disseminating support service information to students and families, coordinating support services, and fostering communication between schools and community agencies.
