Middle School Licensure
Middle School licensure is available to Elementary and Secondary
Education students by application to the Massachusetts Department
of Education via "alternate route." A special option is provided for
minoring in Middle School Mathematics Teaching. Students seeking
licensure to teach at the middle school level should consult the
Office of Professional Practicum Experiences.
