The Higher Education Administration Program held its Higher Education Welcoming
Day on Sunday, September 17 at Connolly House, a historic mansion which is home
to the Boston College Irish Studies Department. This was the 8th annual all-program
gathering for Higher Education, and it was attended by faculty, staff, new and
returning Ph.D. and master's degree students as well as program alumni. Participants
had a chance to meet and connect with one another through a series of activities
including faculty-student discussions, panels for both new and returning students,
and conversations with alumni. At the conclusion of the event, the group enjoyed
a picnic lunch together.
