Cochran-Smith Delivers Invited Talks about Teacher Education


Marilyn Cochran-Smith, Cawthorne Professor of Teacher Education, recently delivered two keynote addresses.

On February 15, 2014, Cochran-Smith presented "Ed Reform's Alphabet Soup: The Acronyms We Live by in Teacher Education" to an audience of more than 900 at the Annual Meeting of the Association of Teacher Educators in St. Louis, MO.

She also delivered "Learning to Teach over Time: Two Teachers, Two Paths" as the opening keynote address for approximately 400 international participants in the IV Congress on the Education of Beginning Teachers in Curitiba, Brazil on Wednesday, February 19, 2014.
