Corporate governance has become both increasingly important and increasingly challenging as directors respond to the dynamic economic, political, cultural and regulatory environment in which today’s companies operate. Board directors are being held more accountable than ever before and are expected to understand and fulfill their fiduciary duties with the rigor and wisdom necessary to both ensure legal compliance and promote sustainable, long term value.
The Directors’ Intensive Program is pleased to welcome noted experts from business, law, finance, and academia, including keynote speaker Frank Partnoy, bestselling author of WAIT! THE ART AND SCIENCE OF DELAY and F.I.A.S.C.O., BLOOD IN THE WATER ON WALL STREET, and Robert Khuzami, director of the Division of Enforcement of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
