Connecting to BC


Laptops and mobile devices need to be activated on the BC network to obtain access to the Internet and other e-services.  You cannot activate your computer if you are not physically at Boston College.  Detailed instructions are available at

BC Staff, Faculty, and Students

  1. Wireless: Connect to the “eduroam”​wireless network.
  2. Login when prompted: (include BC Password (used for Agora Portal) 
  3. Select “I Agree” or “Continue” on any certificate messages.
    Mac: If prompted, enter your Mac administrative username and password (the password you use to log in to your computer).

NOTE: If you have trouble with these steps, try restarting your computer or device.
