2014 news archive
Newton, MA--BC Law professors Kent Greenfield, Renee Jones and Brian Quinn are part of a group of what Slate has called "some of the nation’s most-well-respected corporate law scholars," signatories on a brief filed with the US Supreme Court in the cases brought by Hobby Lobby and Conestoga Wood that challenge the Affordable Care Act’s employer health plans requirement on coverage of contraceptives for their employees. Greenfield also helped in the drafting of the brief, one of more than 80 filed with SCOTUS.
The cases and the brief are discussed at length in this recent article in Slate Magazine.
