BACKGROUND

Professor Lyons received both his A.B. and his J.D. from Harvard University.  During law school, he served as Editor and Parliamentarian of the Harvard Law Review.  In 2006-2007, Professor Lyons clerked for the Hon. Cynthia Holcomb Hall of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.  For the past two years, Professor Lyons has been practicing energy, telecommunications, and administrative law as an associate at the firm of Munger, Tolles and Olson in Los Angeles.  He teaches in the fields of Property, Telecommunications and Administrative Law.
