    BACKGROUND

Professor Huber specializes in professional responsibility, land use planning and property. He is a past president of the Association of American Law Schools and was Dean of Boston College Law School from 1970 to 1985.

B.S., U.S. Naval Academy; J.D. University of Iowa; LL.M. Harvard University.

RECENT ACTIVITIES

Appointments: Member of the Supreme Judicial Court committee on pro bono services. Appointed to the memorial committee, Charles F. Donovan S.J., Boston College.

Other: A conference entitled "The ICTY at Ten: A Critical Assessment of the Major Rulings of the International Criminal Tribunal over the Past Decade," sponsored by the American Society of International Law and the New England School of Law’s Center for International Law and Policy, Boston, Massachusetts, in November was dedicated to Richard Huber for his many years of service as a leader in legal education.
