Each autumn, alumni from all over return to the Law School in celebration of the anniversary of their graduations from Boston College Law School. The three-day celebration combines academic programming, family-friendly activities, and other social events that allow the alumni community to reconnect with each other and faculty members who mentored and educated them.

Sponsored by the Black Alumni Network. Explore the meaning of the Jesuit theme, "the dignity of the human person, the advancement of the common good and compassion for the poor," in the context of our collective professional responsibility to society in light of recent national events at the hands of law enforcement.

“Tomorrow's Lawyers: An Introduction to the Future and a Thoughtful Look Back”
As based on the book by Richard Susskind. Panelists include Richard P. Campbell ’74, Campbell Trial Lawyers; Joseph Cistulli ’89, General Electric Capital Corporation; Gary R. Greenberg ’74, Greenberg Traurig; John B. Livingston ’94, Samsonite International; and Joan A. Lukey ’74, Ropes & Gray.

“What do Ray Rice, the Redskins, Don Sterling, Jonathan Martin, Michael Sam, and the Needham Girls Soccer Team Have in Common? Changing Attitudes in Sports Culture”
Professor Alfred Yen and Garin Veris ’98 (former New England Patriot) will discuss how values from outside world exist (or don’t exist) within the microcosm of sports.

For your convenience, BC Law has reserved a number of rooms at several hotels around Boston at a special rate until September 17th. Because of the Head of the Charles Regatta and other events, the weekend of October 17-19 will be a popular one for travel to Boston. We urge alumni to make arrangements as early as possible at these hotels or elsewhere.
