Kenneth F. Joyce, A&S '58, BC Law '61, honored with the 2003 Jaeckle Award from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. The Jaeckle award is the highest honor that the Law School and the Law Alumni Association can bestow. It is given annually to an individual who has distinguished himself or herself and has made significant contributions to the Law School and to the legal profession.
Professor Joyce attended Boston College High School, Boston College, and BC Law. He has been a professor of law at the university for over 30 years. He teaches courses in tax administration and procedure, trusts and estates and administrative law. He was named a State University of New York Distinguished Teaching Professor in 1997 and has received the student-awarded Faculty Award at commencement many times.
