its Litigation Department. Maureen Mulligan '90 has joined the firm as Counsel.
Maureen Mulligan practices in the areas of complex business litigation, professional liability, and intellectual property litigation. Ms. Mulligan also serves as a mediator for commercial and professional liability disputes. She is a member of the bar in both Massachusetts and California.
