Christopher P. Kauders '81 Honored as Mediation Pioneer
Christopher P. Kauders '81 will be honored as a "Mediation Pioneer" by the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary's Reynold's Society on October 24, alongside former United States Surgeon General C. Everett Coop and America's first hearing impaired comedienne, Kathy Buckley.
The awards will be presented by Mistress of Ceremonies Janet Wu, Healthcast Reporter and Anchor of WHDH-TV Channel 7. The black tie event is being held at the Fairmont Copley Hotel and will commence with a reception at 6:30 pm, followed by the 16th Annual Reynold's Society Dinner, the awards presentation, and finally dancing to the music of the Winiker Orchestra.
Mr. Kauders is a partially-sighted and well-known mediator and arbitrator with his own Boston practice called Pre-trial Solutions. He lives in Newton with his wife, Lee, and daughter, Hannah. Mr. Kauders has employed countless BC Law students over the years to assist him in his work, and occasionally volunteers to share his experiences as a mediator with BC Law School classes. Mr. Kauders is a Double Eagle, having earned his MBA in 1986.
