Brian E. Falvey is Chief Operating Officer of OHC Development LLC, a large residential estate development firm located in Peabody, Massachusetts. At OHC, Mr. Falvey oversees all company operations including finance, sales and marketing, land use and legal matters. Prior to joining OHC, he was managing director for HVS/Ultimate Hotel Parking Solutions, where he was responsible for the overall management of the company. Prior to joining HVS/UHPS, Mr. Falvey served as vice president of Business Development & Legal Affairs for Commerce.TV Corporation, a 200-person technology development and service company in the television industry. While there, he was instrumental in establishing Commerce.TV as a nationwide business-to-business brand and rolling out the company’s nationwide service. Mr. Falvey began his career as a corporate attorney with the Boston law firm of Sullivan & Worcester, LLP. He received a BS in finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management in 1994, and his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1997.
Mr. Falvey and his wife, Sandi, reside in Wakefield, Massachusetts, with their three children Allison, Jillian, and Quinlan. Sandi (Chisholm) Falvey graduated from Boston College’s College of Arts & Sciences in 1994.
