The
second exhibit in celebration of the 75th Anniversary of Boston College Law
School, 75 Years: Growth, Transition, Diversity attempts to highlight
the growth and transition of BC Law from a local law school primarily educating
Irish-Catholic men in the practice of law in Massachusetts to one educating
a diverse group of men and women in the practice of law throughout the United
States and globally. Whether in private practice or governmental or judicial
positions the graduates of Boston College Law School are the recipients of a
distinctive Jesuit legal education that emphasizes the ethical practice of law
in providing service to others and in the pursuit of justice.
This slideshow offers some of the highlights from the exhibit, along with text
