Stephen F. Bisbee

Stephen F. Bisbee is the co-inventor of the eOriginal® process and currently serves as President and CEO of the Company. Bisbee envisioned a unique solution wrapping electronic business and legal processes in security technologies to reduce the burdens and inefficiencies of paper-based transactions. In 1996 he founded the company to fulfill this vision.
For several years, Bisbee played a leadership role among the American Bar Association committees establishing the legal standards for electronic commerce. His involvement in those forums has been invaluable in the design of the eOriginal products and in gaining recognition of eOriginal, Inc., as a leader in the implementation of legal, fully electronic, business-to-business commerce.
Bisbee has 18 years of experience as a corporate attorney specializing in commercial transactions, financing and development. Prior to his corporate attorney activities, he was president of a New York manufacturer and wholesale distributor, and vice president of a New York-based restoration company. Bisbee is currently president of J.J. Burns & Co. Inc., a privately held investment company, and serves on the Advisory Council of The Trust for Public Land, a national California based land conservation organization. he is also Vice Chairman of the Electronic Signature and Records Association, a Washington D.C. based industry educational and policy organization.
Bisbee obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree form Xavier University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Boston College School of Law.

John F. Bronzo, as General Counsel, Pfizer Animal Health, is responsible for
the worldwide legal affairs of Pfizer’s veterinary medicines group, with annual
sales of more than $2 Billion.
Prior to assuming this position, Mr. Bronzo acted as counsel for the North
American operations of the Animal Health Group and was responsible for the
legal affairs of Pfizer’s international financial operations headquartered in
Mr. Bronzo has been practicing law in N.Y. since being admitted in 1975, and
was associated with the law firm of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft on Wall
Street for eight years, before joining Pfizer.
