Roland Adjovi of Arcadia University spoke on “International Criminal Justice in African Affairs.”  Mr. Adjovi focused on legal, institutional and political aspects of the subject, drawing on the examples of the Hissène Habré, Omar el Bashir and Paul Kagame cases.  Mr. Adjovi is currently Academic Director of Arcadia’s Tanzania Programs; his prior experience includes work as a Senior Legal Officer within the Registry of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda.
