For Participants & Caregivers:

Thank you for your interest in participant direction.  If you want to find participant-directed programs in your state, please consult our map.  Each state has a listing of programs available and contact information- you will need to contact that program directly for details on eligibility and enrollment.  If you have further questions about your state, please contact your local Area Agency on Aging or state Medicaid office.

Become part of the National Participant Network and help strengthen the local, state and national participant voice for self-direction.  There are two different levels of membership for participants and their representatives.  Learn more about the NPN

Are you interested in sharing your experience with participant direction for one of our success stories? If so, please contact us.

For Program Staff:

We work to assist states and other agencies or organizations that want to offer, or already offer, participant-directed services to people with disabilities.  If you would like information on our technical assistance and training services, please see How We Can Help

You can find many resources for developing participant-directed programs in our Tools & Resources.  This section includes our Handbook on Participant Direction, a valuable resource that is updated regularly.

Interested in having your organization become a member? Members have access to additional resources in the library and quarterly member webinars.  Find out more about membership.
