The conversation focused on Drayton's belief that in future systems, everyone will have the role of changemaker. And if that future is coming quickly, how do we create cities and communities prepared to produce whole generations of changemakers today? While the group discussed several change-making characteristics, they paid particular attention to the "Virtue ethic," as Rev. Hehir called it, of "empathy."
