Online Application Instructions

Fill out the Online Application Form completely. There are four pages of questions. Entries will not be saved or submitted if you quit in the middle of the application.

Before clicking the "Submit" button on page 4, please print a copy of the form for your records.

When you submit, you will see a confirmation page. The confirmation page indicates that your application was successfully submitted and provides you with a personal identification number. Please use this number to reference your application should you need to contact the GSSW regarding your status.

Basic Technical Requirements

Adobe Reader is required to complete this application form.To ensure that the online application is submitted properly, please download the latest version of Adobe Reader online.

Application Fee Payment

The $40 non-refundable application fee must be sent with other supporting documents outlined in your Application Checklist. After submitting the online application, you will be given the option to pay the application fee online. If you choose not to pay online, please print a copy of the confirmation page and send a check payable to: "Trustees of Boston College" to:
