MSW Online Application

Before beginning, please review the Application Checklist for your program. Your application will not be reviewed until all supporting materials are received.

Online Application Instructions

Fill out the Online Application Form completely. There are four pages of questions. Entries will not be saved or submitted if you quit in the middle of the application.
Before clicking the "Submit" button on page 4, please print a copy of the form for your records.
When you submit, you will see a confirmation page. The confirmation page indicates that your application was successfully submitted and provides you with a personal identification number. Please use this number to reference your application should you need to contact the GSSW regarding your status.
