Since taking over as director of the Massachusetts Children's Trust Fund, which tackles child abuse by offering parents training and support, Suzin Bartley - an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Social Work - has expanded CTF from a two-person staff with a budget of $300,000 to a staff of 30 and a budget of $15 million.
