1. Online Submission
In order to submit the Abstract of Courses Form online you must have Adobe version 6.0 or greater installed on your computer. You can download Adobe for free here.
2. Mail in Hard Copy
If you are unable or choose not to submit the Abstract of Courses Form online, you may print this page version out and mail it to the admissions processing center.
