Boston College attracts students seeking a highly challenging business education infused with an ethical perspective on leadership.

The Carroll School of Management's faculty is committed to instilling in students a love of lifelong learning so that they develop into knowledge professionals who will assume leadership roles in business and society.

The undergraduate education stresses the importance of ethics and social responsibility in today's business world. The curriculum, taught by our top professors, including distinguished department chairs, is based upon a recognition that broad knowledge, rather than specialized training, best enables graduates to be effective in a world of change.

The classroom experience is enhanced by access to some of the most influential leaders in and beyond the Boston business community. By the time students graduate, they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and insights to identify and leverage ideas that will create value for themselves and the organizations they join.
