Curriculum
Students take four required theory, six required research methods, and four required application courses. In addition, students take four elective courses.
The four required theory courses are:
- Micro-Organization Theory
- Macro-Organization Theory
- Perspectives on Individual and Organizational Change
- Organizational Change and Transformation.
The six required research methods courses are:
- Statistical Analysis I
- Statistical Analysis II
- Qualitative Research Methods
- Quantitative Research Methods
- Research Seminar I
- Research Seminar II
The four required application courses are:
- Teaching Practicum
- Independent Research I
- Independent Research II
- Action Research Methods
The requirements of the program in these three areas and the elective course requirements are typically satisfied through the "Typical Course Schedule". This schedule assumes that the student has earned an undergraduate business degree or a Master in Business Administration.
