Professors Sroufe and Cohen Awarded Research Grant
Boston College Carroll School of Management professors Robert Sroufe and Jeff Cohen have been awarded a research grant from the KPMG and University of Illinois Business Measurement Research Program for their project “Embedded Environmental Metrics”. The project research involves studying the impact of management decisions on the environment
The objective of the grant program is to promote and support research having potential for significant improvement of information for decision making by managers and outside stakeholders in the 21st century business environment. The program seeks to advance knowledge in a variety of areas involving business measurement, including risk measurement and control, business process performance, internal and external business reporting and transparency, assurance, corporate governance, and enabling technologies.
