Erin Borthwick | Principal, Wolfgang Mozart Elementary School
Erin Borthwick is committed to serving the students and families of Boston. She is the principal of Mozart Elementary School in Roslindale where she has increased inclusive opportunities for students with autism and has worked with families and staff to address the challenge of keeping families at the Mozart for students’ entire elementary school experience. She previously worked in Boston Public Schools as an Assistant Principal at Kilmer K-8 in West Roxbury, and as an administrator and teacher leader at Edison K-8 in Brighton. Erin received her master’s degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education in School Leadership, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and Political Science from American University in Washington, DC. She is also a National Board Certified Teacher of Early Adolescent Social Studies and History. She lives in Jamaica Plain with her husband Jeremy and son Malcolm.
