The Lynch Leadership Academy's leadership effectiveness coaching model is rooted in the belief that each participant’s skills will exponentially improve with constructive feedback and real-world application.
One key component of our program is leadership coaching. Each participant is assigned a Leadership Effectiveness Director tasked with providing targeted leadership development designed to improve educational outcomes for students. Each Fellow receives ten hours of support each month from his or her Leadership Effectiveness Director. The Leadership Effectiveness Directors focus on each Fellow’s leadership development and overall school goals, thereby targeting their work and focusing on identifying leadership areas and school outcomes.
