Christine Ann Evans | Principal, Saint Paul School
Christine Ann Evans came on board as Principal at Saint Paul School in August of 2012. Her educational background includes a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education in Adolescent/Adult Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in English from Bridgewater State College. Prior to Saint Paul School, Christine worked in public education as a teacher, school counselor, director of counseling and student services, and central office administrator. Her past experience includes working as the Executive Director of Student Centered Learning /Student Services for the Randolph Public Schools, Director of Guidance and Student Support Services at East Bridgewater High School, school counselor and teacher at Whitman-Hanson Regional High School, and consulting teacher of the Deaf/Interpreter at Rockland High School. Christine served in the Archdiocese of Boston, working as a Sign Language Interpreter for the Deaf with BCTV, and as the Director of Religious Education for the Deaf in the South Region. Christine is a past President of the Massachusetts School Counselors Association, and served on the DESE Educator Evaluation Task Force that developed the Massachusetts Model Framework for Educator Evaluation, and she also served on the DESE RTTT College and Career Readiness MA Model Task Force. Christine’s research interests include drop-out prevention and intervention planning, program development focused on improving instruction for all learners, leadership in providing personalized, student-centered approaches to learning, and equity in access to high quality academic instruction and social-emotional learning for all students.
