The Lynch Leadership Academy aims to enhance the lives of urban children and families by strengthening the leadership capacity of urban K‐12 school leaders from Catholic, charter, and district schools.
Our mission is to develop the leadership capacity of school leaders in order to close the achievement gap and ensure all students attend and graduate from college.
Our vision is to be the leading executive management and leadership development program for school leaders in high needs communities. We will efficiently and creatively grow the program to replicate the model in other cities, becoming a knowledge resource and innovation center for leadership training and school transformation nationwide. Further, our program will be widely recognized for improving student outcomes by building the leadership capacity of school leaders.
