Leading from the Front: Lessons from Afghanistan and Iraq As an elite Marine Recon officer, Nate Fick led platoons in Afghanistan and Iraq, and brought all his men home safely. The lessons he learned under fire are as applicable in the classrooms or the boardroom as they are on the battlefield.
